Quantification of cellular responses; cytotoxicity, viability and fluorescent cell-based assays

The CellReporter™ system utilizes fluorescence-based assays to provide quantitative, high quality data on the response of heterogeneous cell populations to external challenges. The system includes intuitive workflows with full flexibility to optimize and standardize each assay from image acquisition through data analysis to result presentation.

Increase throughput without compromising data quality

  • View and analyze images at the sub-cellular level
  • Accurate object identification - differentiate between small objects within and around cells
  • Compare morphology of individual cells using fluorescence and white light

Optimize data analysis for each application

  • Analyze populations based on statistics obtained for each object
    • Locate and quantify fluorescence of each object

Improve data quality

Use scatter plots to review data, group and exclude undesired objects from analysis; e.g. fluorescent debris.

Example: Assessment of cell cycle via changes in nuclear DNA content

Heterogeneous cell population gated into sub-groups. Analysis within histogram is represented in images.

Report and export data

  • Visualize data as scatter plots, histograms, images, pie charts, heat maps
  • Normalize data to cell number
View relative proportions of sub-groups per well
Export data for analysis
